I’ve been working out now for 3 weeks and have managed at least 2 workouts each week (3 workouts on 2 of the weeks). I’m aiming for 4 workouts this week. I love a Jillian Michaels work out and own many of her videos. 30 day Shred was always my favorite but it’s getting a bit boring ( not easy) and I need a change at least a few days. I pulled out the Killer Buns and Thighs video and oh my what a challenge AND I feel it this morning. I want to feel it a little to know change is happening! So this week I’m going to alternate the Shred and Killer Buns and see how that goes. As for food I’m going to focus on Keto. Track my carbs and up my fat intake. I think if I up my fat and increase my water then it will help curb my sugar cravings which I’ve been caving to and binge eating. I am also doing M/W 24 hr fasting. Feels good to have a plan! Will work on getting organized today for the week so dinner is smoother for the family.
