No more fastfood

We ate out today and I feel like poop. I always do when we eat out and yet i still keep doing it. Need to work on eating clean and drinking just water. Just need to stay focused and work hard toward my goals.

    look at menus... most fast food places now have healthy choices on menu such as salads with low/non fat dressings or grilled chicken sandwiches which are the lower calorie option especially if you get no mayo or low mayo on sandwich and skip the fries and get diet soda or water to drink
