Last week when I went to the doctor for the cold that wasn't. I asked if there was a way for them to print out a report for my weight. I'm trying to track my journey. Well this particular part with this particular doctor.
I've always been big. Came in to the world at 10lbs 8oz and 24 in long. The trend just kept getting bigger. Eighth grade saw me weighing 225. High school remained fairly consistent. Then I was 333 lbs when my oldest was born. I was over 500 when my youngest was born.
Now I've been going to this clinic since 2012. I came in weighing 488. Now I weigh 435. I also weighed this amount 5 yrs ago. In 2014 I weighed 430. Two years ago I weighed 460.
2012 I was barely crawling out of the thicket of horror. Then I was walking and probably running into becoming ME. That equated a 55lb loss in 2yrs.
Now here I am crawling out of the muck again. Around me things are good. The muck is my mind. Let me tell you depression, sucks. But we all know that.
So, for me happiness, stability bring loss for me. This is accomplished by always striving to be my most authentic ME.
