Journey Continues

So this is my 4th day of my journey so far. Sticking to healthy foods, exercise, and plenty of water. Feeling great. Decided to push myself. Did a 60 minute cardio workout instead of a 30 to 40 minute cardio workout. We'll see how I feel tomorrow!
