Health, nutrition, and fitness are things I need to be mindful about every day. Sometimes I have it down! But then I slide... ever so slowly at first until I just feel it on me. Like now. Funny thing is that my boyfriend feels he’s in the same boat. I’m happy that we love each other and find each other attractive, but now we need to support each other to be healthier.
Compounding my journey is I have a surgery coming up in less than a month and I had 4 this past summer/ fall and working out the way I want to isn’t an option at the moment. Isn’t that the key anyway, a little bit of fitness and a lot of good (fresh and healthy) food?
