I am still fighting the good fight and I am down over 55 lbs! It feels surreal. I never actually thought I could lose this much! Now I am motivated even more than ever! It doesn't seem hard to me anymore. Eating healthy has become a habit. I also restrict my eating to 10am-6pm. No more snacking while watching tv. Avoiding late night eating has meant no more waking up with headaches, more energy in the mornings, better sleep. Just better all the way around. I feel great! I can't wait to see where this journey takes me!
