Getting ready to go on a week-long girls trip. Most of us are trying to be healthy and lose some weight so I'm sure they will be supportive with eating and exercising, but I KNOW I'm going to blow my calorie allotment most days. I'll just try to organize each morning so I'm ready to make the best decisions possible. Plan to move for at least 30 minutes each day hoping that will "lessen the damage" and I'll be ready to get back into it with all senses when I return. Wish me luck! Oh, and I am NOT taking Lifesavers with me. I think they have replaced pita chips in my snack bag. NOT GOOD! But a week without them might just get me off of them for good.
