if losing weight was as easy as wash/rinse/spin

Yesterday was a good day. The weather was great compared to what we have dealt with over the last few weeks.
I walked a full 2 miles at the track and 4 for the whole day, I could do better but it was great just to be outside.
So, today I got on the scale and while I was down a pound, I am still feeling a little disappointed.
I KNOW it is my own fault. Its been 2 weeks since I last weighed and I know I ate pizza and other things I shouldnt have.
I could have done at least 4 or 5 more lbs lost.
I have to really step things up if I expect to get back down to my FIRST goal.
Which from this weight is still 25 lbs to go.
It makes it even harder knowing that those lbs are weight i RE-GAINED.
So, all I am focusing on right now is getting back to where I was and then going from there.
I CAN do it, I did it already and doing it again seems daunting but I know its possible.
But for now....laundry!!!
