February review and March goals

For February my first goal was to exercise at least 10 minutes a day. I am excited to report that I met that goal! It was a struggle some days, but I did it every day. That will continue to be my goal in March.

My second goal for February was to go to the gym and do strength training 3 days a week. I did not meet that goal. I did go to the gym and do strength training throughout the month, but I didn’t go as often as I had planned. I will keep the same goal of going three times a week for March.

I will just focus on these two goals this month.
