Keeping it short because I have A LOT of house work today.
Havent been to the gym yet because Ive been sick, bad weather, or low energy. Would like to head there some time this month. Havent been in over a year and I miss it.
Ive been eating a little better. Been planning out meals and eating more veggies and fruit. Got a bowl of apples in the fridge thats ready to eat. Made up a turkey loaf recipe that is so damn good that can be turned into a yummy turkey burger too. Need to just sit at the table and write up all my dinners with grocery list so things will be easier for me.
Still need to work on cutting way back on sugar. Ive noticed I use it a lot.
I say it every year but I do think this will be the year, but this year will be different and I WILL reach my goals!
