Signs Of Life

Just wanted to drop off a post to show I haven't flopped over yet. Also wanted to see if there was an "add a link" option on the blogs and yes, there appears to be. I just advised someone to post links instead of using the SparkPeople "add an image" option for better image quality, so I'll give it a try. This is an oldie, but it's what I'm looking for very soon:
