Boiled separate: Pork chop, brown rice, vegetables
vegetables include: Red peppers, green onion, and broccoli
Small pan: brown sugar, water, sliced onion
sauce: sugar, brown sugar, orange extract, soy sauce, lemon juice, water - mix to flavor.. usually 1-2tbsp of extract is what we use and 1-2cups sugar combined, 1-2oz lemon juice and soy sauce
drain meat and veggies, combine together with caramelized-ish onions, add sauce, marinade while rice finished cooking.... put it all together and add a small salad and fruit (we chose grapes) if still hungry.
