Back kinda

I haven't used spark people a lot lately as I was using another tracker that I found easier for Keto. When I restarted my weight loss journey last summer I was 204 lbs. Today I am at 177 with several inches lost. I've tried all sorts of types of diets or "lifestyles" as they call them. I need to do it my own way with no more yo-yo crap. I'm going to stay low carb but also follow WW freestyle system... without going into details. The journey continues....
