I certainly got side tracked by the points. I'm not a fan of this site, mainly too many distractions from the goal, too much info on exercising and not enough on the mental side of weight loss. The recipe add is a little too intricate for me. There should be an easy way to do a recipe for just me. Having said that, I will stay here unless I can find something better for less.
My goal is to lose about 10 lbs from this morning. I've listed daily goals on my to do page, will not duplicate goals. The reason I need to lose this weight is because of health. My BP is too high, blood sugar the same.
I will post more here too. Maybe a daily report at the end of the day.
End of day: Didn't do so well, too many cookies, bored and ate too much. No walk
My biggest problem is I have no eat in moderation rational. If I'm in the mood to eat, i must eat.
