So this morning I was reading a few blogs written by members of my teams. I was supposed to be getting ready to go to the gym but somehow reading blogs seemed less strenuous. After reading a few blogs however, I realized that sitting in front of the computer was not going to help me lose the weight I want to lose OR lose the fat on the arms, stomach and elsewhere OR get me the strength I so much need in muscles now that I no longer do any heavy work (no garden, no house).

So yes, I stopped reading, even though there were some really good blogs and went off to the gym, telling myself that 30 minutes would be enough. Over an hour later I realized that I had probably done enough for today but should definitely be back at least once more this week. So thanks to those bloggers who encouraged me to get out there and do it. emoticon

I am getting seriously close to joining ONEderland. But I have been seriously close for a seriously long time. I really hope to make it with the Spring 5% challenge. Getting out to the gym is one thing I have to do diligently if I want to make this happen.
