10 Reasons I Want To Lose Weight

This list is part of an exercise in the 2019 Spring 5% Challenge Community. It is a great community and a lot more active than many of the groups. They do these 5% challenges four times a year and the Spring one is getting ready to kick off soon.

Here are my 10 reasons, in no particular order.

1. Feel more healthy
2. Look better in the clothes have
3. Beach vacation in June
4. To say I accomplished a difficult task
5. Inspire others by showing it can be done
6. Be more active
7. Make sure I am around for my daughters wedding (way in the future)
8. More self confidence
9. Bend at the waist with my pants buckled
10. Meet and play with my grandchildren (way, way in the future)
