Day 3 of low carb

Woke up at 6:30. Weighed in at 296.0, down 2.2 lbs. My BP was 110/71, HR 72, and my BG level was 213 mg/dl, down another 30 pts., as I burn off stored glucose. Ate breakfast of 4 large eggs w/butter.

Today I went to the gym for the first time in about a year. I walked 7.5 minutes at 2 m.p.h., and then did 3 sets of 5 @ 75 lbs. for chest press.. and 2 sets of 8 @ 75 for calf extensions.. then another 7.5 mins at 2 m.p.h. That was a lot for me.

I am having lunch of 2 Tbsp. mayo, with 13.25 ozs chicken tenderloins..and more stew meat for dinner.. I don't do much variety. Simple works for me.

Feeling a little tired, and my muscles ache some, but that is typical at the start of a very low carb diet. Should go away in a few days.
