Progress So Far

Its been ups and downs. I've been doing MyFitnessPal for years on and off. Been on for a good solid couple of months so I'm already in my habits. But this has some extra articles and a different set up that I like. I'm still on MFP but I check both which really keeps me motivated (can't let TWO groups of amazing people and supporters down).

Went to a party Saturday night and been sick since Sunday morning with a sinus infection. Not really drinking water so much as its green tea with honey. At the party I didn't eat almost anything and Sunday I felt so awful I barely ate so I dropped some significant weight. But I'm back up this morning (I monitored it because I knew it was going crazy so I wanted to balance it out) Here's to recovering and getting back on track for this week
