Day 6 of low carb

Had to wake up early to go to get my INR checked. Down another 2 lbs. to 287.2. I had my eggs, and got to hospital at 7:45. My INR, which tests the thickness of my blood, since I am on Warfarin to prevent strokes.. was perfect! 2.5

At the office now, waiting for lunch. Not much to do here. I went to pick up chicken thighs yesterday, but when I got home, I realized 5 of 8 were chicken BREAST, which has less fat, and less calories.. I added some olive oil, along with tomatoes, and mushrooms, and split it into 2 meals. That got my calories up into range again, but not by much.

No gym today, and I am not aching today. I feel energetic, and plan to get groceries this afternoon, then watch TV tonight, and get to sleep.
