March Review and April Goals

For March my first goal was to exercise at least 10 minutes a day. My second goal was to go to the gym and do strength training 3 days a week. Unfortunately, I got an upper respiratory tract infection during March, and that derailed my exercise plans. The illness lasted a long time, and I went for days without exercising. So I will repeat these two goals for April, and hopefully I won’t get sick this month. I also want to add the goal of doing yoga 2 days a week.
