Woke up early to walk 1.5 miles on the bike path, then weighed in at 280.8, down 1.2 lbs. I cooked up lunch and dinner, and made it to the gym for a leg workout. I feel great after my workout. Just had lunch, my BP is great and my BG was down to 216, still way too high, but headed in the right direction.

It's a nice warm 50 degree day, and I don't have much to do until 7, when I watch a Pistons game. Hope everyone is having a wonderful day, because I am. Got a few books from the library to fill in the time between going home at 5, and the game at 7.. and to help me get to sleep at night.
