One bad decision does not a downfall make

Sunday, April 07, 2019

We ate out for lunch at Dairy Queen today. I had the crispy chicken salad $5 lunch, which was better than what I usually choose. I usually choose the chicken strip lunch. Since I had a salad, I also had a chocolate dipped cone for my dessert. Lunch will blow my calorie count out of budget, but at least I will have a healthy dinner, and I had a healthy breakfast.

At least next time I know how many calories I am actually getting when I order the salad, and I can put the dessert on hold for another time.

I will not let this miscalculation in calories eaten stop me from improving my eating habits.
