A NEW BEGINNING

Sunday, April 07, 2019

Yesterday, we began the Spring Challenge in Sparkpeople and I decided to upload pictures of my activities, although they could look repetitive.

It's a tradition to go and look at the sunrise on weekends. For my Husband's back is very soothing to walk in the sand. For me, being obese, it is quite difficult, but I do it no matter what. Saturday 4/6/19 with my husband, Sunday 4/7/19 with my sexy huge arms

If I get too tired, like today 4/7/19, I come back by the boulevard, which is easier and faster

We are blessed to live in South Florida!

So nice to see you back to your routine! Don't worry too much about the scale as your only measure of success. I was making that mistake just this past two weeks. When I weighed in with the bariatric surgeon, my weight was up a couple of pounds - BUT IT WAS ALL MUSCLE MASS! My fat mass had decreased and over the last 6 months I went down from 38.6% Fat to 4.2%!!!

Just never quit!!! We'll do this together!!!

Great to see your walking photos again! I don't have much time to follow blogs here anymore (too busy writing Postcards to Voters, hehehehe) but I had to pop in here when I saw you had posted. Enjoy your walks!

I remember that beach! It's so nice to see you again, my friend! I hope you and your hubby are both doing well, and your son is enjoying college! Big hugs always!
