Well I was sick last week yesterday and part of the weekend. Basically a 3 day migraine that left me nauseous and throwing up and with no appetite. I lost too much weight too fast and had to work at gaining it back healthfully which is harder than you think but I did it! Not often I have to gain weight but I was looking very gaunt and spent. Slept a lot and could barely walk due to lack of food. But I'm back!!
I did 12 minutes of aerobics yesterday and 20 minutes of stretching/yoga. Today I'm going trail walking with fitness stations with Crystal. Full body workout!! !
We're getting 6 in subs. we eat half before the walk and half after so we stay fueled. It really helps! and while we walk I don't smoke so that's a plus and I don't smoke much while I'm at Crystals because I have to go outside. So it's a win-win!!
