Each day is an experience!

Yesterday, I, along with a friend, drove two hours to my drs. appointment. This was a follow-up visit to the ablation that I had in November. I thought that I would be in and out within the hour. Well, it didn't turn out that way! It was determined that although I was not in A--Fib I was in A-flutter. My doctor and his fellow decided to do a cardioversion in hopes that I would be converted into regular rhythm. Much to my surprise, the dr. suggested that he perform the procedure while I was there. That way I would not have to come back. So one hour later, I was hooked up to an I.V. and being ready to be knocked out. When I woke up, I was informed that the procedure worked! So hopefully, I will remain in sinus rhythm! But what a day!
