3 weeks on low carb

My weight loss slowed considerable. Last Saturday I was 278.6?? Today I am 274.8.. so almost 4 lbs. lost. Not horrible.

I bought a bike and have been taking bike rides. Today I rode 11.2 miles around town. It was 58 and sunny, but a bit windy, so my face and hands got cold. Plus I have continued going to gym to walk, and lift light weights. My hip was hurting me, so last Saturday, I bought some wide-fit Skechers, because they were only $45. I usually wear Nikes, that cost $75, but since I am only walking, the Skechers make more sense, and they have memory foam insoles, so it feels like I am walking on pillows. I highly recommend them, because my hip pain is gone, when I walk now.
