In this longjourney we all take to become healthier it is the little goals we set that help us feel better along the way. I have passed the same ones over the years but they always feel good. Wish I could look them in the rear view mirror and say bye forever. I use the old mechanical balance beam doctors scale rather than the digital scales of today. So I get to move the large weight every 50 pounds. Just moved it this weekend, again, no not a new loss but the same old one I keep going back over. It still feels good to move it anyway. Maybe I found some personal new motivation from my wife this past week, I sure hope it keeps me going.
