Haven't given up

Im not going to lie, I haven't really changed anything. I still eat crap and drink coke. I did though do this app on my phone, Lose Weight in 30 days. I did the exercises for the full 30 days. Was able to hold a plank for a whole minute. Didn't follow the food plan because it just didn't seem like enough food;
Breakfast: cup of tea or coffee + 2 eggs + 2 whole grain toast with veggies
Lunch: Berries + cooked veggies
Dinner: Low sugar cookie + lean meat
Every day was pretty much like this. I also got on there a yoga app and 2 other exercise apps that Im going to start soon.
Since im so bad when it comes to food I've decided to not so much do meals but snack or kid portions. I'll eat when Im hungry or aim for every 4 hours. Going to drink a glass of water before, after, and during all meals. Aiming for around 10 cups a day. Right now Im getting in like 4. I just forget to drink.
Over the next few weeks Im going to start with some small changes. Once I feel ready, (aiming for May 11ish) I'm going to eat small meals/snacks, drink a lot of water, NO POP, very little sugar, no pastries, and no junk. After 2 months of sticking with it Im going to have 1 cheat each week. It can be a pastry, a pop, a creamy pasta dish, pizza, etc. Im excited about it.
