Hungry all the time it seems

So I have learned something new. I have been trying to stay at the lower end of my calorie range, and it has worked out well, giving me some good lb losses. But I have noticed that I tend to eat every 3-4 hours. And now, with my increased exercising, I just need to eat more calories. So now, I will be aiming at the higher end of my range, maybe just a tad over. I have grown accustomed to listening to my body. If it says, "Hey, I'm hungry" then I'm going to feed it. The important thing is that I am NOT feeding it loads of processed food! I have been very good at eating my fruits and vegies this past month. Now, I will start adding my meats back into my rotation. I tried eating only fruits,vegies, and seafood for the first month ONLY, mainly to get myself accustomed to eating those foods more, and to help my body flush itself of the all the accumulated junk.
