5 weeks on low carb

Weight loss is definitely slowing down. I have lost about 7 lbs., in the past 2 weeks.. so 38.6 lbs, in the first 5 weeks. MY BP is averaging 100/60, and my BG is finally normal, ( 70-110 ).

I spent the past week volunteering to bag trees to hand out. We did 6000 trees, and I plan to do it again this week, Several hours a day, which has kept me busy, along with going to gym 4 days a week, and making meals.

Today, I have to do back and biceps at the gym, then go buy some tuna for lunches. I am eating 5 eggs, with butter for breakfast, 2 cans of tuna with mayo for lunch, and almost a lb. of boneless/skinless chicken thighs for dinner. ( 4 thighs ).

Still waiting for weather to warm up. Today our worry is snow.. low of 33 degrees. We are supposed to get back up to 60's in a few days, but I would like to see 70, and some sun, before I start walking daily, on the bike path.

Hope everyone is having success. I am at the point where the diet, and workouts are normal now. Took a while, especially the gym, which is mostly machines. I like free weights, but Planet Fitness doesn't have a lot of those.
