One Weigh May

Well I'm drifting up and down a pound here and a pound there. Time to shake things up.
I'm sticking with my beloved keto diet, just tweaking it a bit. In May, I'm doing a fat challenge. Tracking my food to make sure I'm eating an appropriate amount of fat. Keeping my carbs less than 20 as usual. Protein moderate. No change there.
Another difference is I'm only going to weigh myself today (147.6) and on the 15th and at the end of the month. I won't be a slave to the scale this month.
Instead I'm going to work on other markers. Taking lots of saunas to detox as much as possible. Exercising 3 times a week. Making sure I get outside for my Vit D as the weather is gorgeous in Texas this time of year. I have to do it before it gets too hot, which is coming up quickly!!
My brother is getting married in August. So there is May, June and July to tone up. I think I have about 15 pounds left to lose. We'll see when I get there.
