BLC40 SMART GOALS

Long term goal - get into a healthy BMI range

Short term goal - Lose 15 pounds

I will reach my goal by:

NUTRITION PLAN
- staying in my point range
- eating a minimum of 3 veggies a day
- eating planned snacks only
- weigh or measure everything
- track every bite

My Exercise Plan
-at least 20 minutes of exercise a day (6 days a week)
-ST three days a week
-mix it up (do Shred, Sparks DVD or circuit routine 3 x week)

REWARDS and DATE
Weight goals met:

256 - Starting weight
250 - Pedicure
245- Stampin Up tool or paper
240 - Flowers for garden
