I actually like strength training

I think strength is attractive. I want a muscular body. I want to be able to make boys cry (haha!). I haven't done any strength training in so long. I figured I should add it in, so I saw a personal trainer at the gym. I didn't like it. I wasn't a fan of the exercises. I wasn't sure what to do. So I literally grabbed my weights and have started doing the 9 minute arm workout at home. I'm not *totally* in love with it because, since we move from exercise to exercise so quickly, I use the same dumbbells for the entire thing and I could probably lift heavier weights for bicep and chest exercises, but I know I can't for the shoulder and triceps moves. But whatever, it's still more weights that I would lift otherwise, so I'll take it. It's a good place to start, and I actually look forward to doing the video! :)
