May 1st, I rededicated myself to losing weight though if I'm honest it was an apathetic vow at best. However, I am sticking to it.
Did great yesterday and doing well so far today (dieters tip: watching Dr. Pimple Popper on hulu with meals is a natural appetite suppressant!) Had 2 granola bars for breakfast and a serving of vegetable potstickers for lunch. Anyway, so swam for 2 hours yesterday, did 8 laps, an hour of water aerobics that included running and walking and did some water weight lifting. Got to relax in a hot tub all to myself, a steam room all to myself, and a sauna all to myself. So here is a picture taken on May 1st, I'm dubbing it my official "before" picture.
