My boot camp challenged everyone to join their Whole Eating Challenge for 2 days. It is the Whole30 program BUT only for 28 days AND they give you a "cheat" night - every Sat night you can have whatever you like.
It was a big shock on Monday morning to make my coffee in the Keurig and only have coconut milk to put in! No bread, grains, dairy, corn, soy, sugar. But the worst for me is no sugar substitutes. I have been going crazy for my Diet Pepsi. Tomorrow when I can have anything I want, I will run straight for the Diet Pepsi bottle!
My boot camp asked everyone to donate $28 to join and they donated the money to a children's charity. So it is a win win!
I have to be super organized and have all the food prepared on the weekend. I usually do that, be now I have to make sure to have lots of salads, veggies, almond and coconut milk, eggs, etc.
I am attending boot camp 5 days a week also, so working on my HIIT training - tons of strength training!
And, very exciting - I got a Cuisinart air fryer! They were half price, so I decided to splurge! I can't wait to make a big batch of sweet potato fries. I made Whole30 mayo (which I LOVE!) and whipped up some chipotle mayo with it. That will go great with my fries!
