5/5/19

I had a good day today. Stayed at the top end of calories but stayed within. That's a big thing. I had a decent walk. I felt better, mentally, was a bit high on sodium but not so much on the salty stuff. Ie crackers, chips etc.

5/6/19

Today was a long day. Carpet cleaners came but not until 3:30. Went a little over on calories. No walk but moved furniture out and now back.

5/7/19

OK until dinner at Joni's. Lasagna and garlic bread with CC cookies. I didn't eat a lot but for sure went over on calories. Also the gluten and garlic plus salt is bloating me up big time. it will be OK , no take outs so back on track tomorrow.

5/8/19

was OK, had a bit too much at lunch, calorie wise, and a martini but ended the day with an apple, cheese, deli RB and some crackers. Went over a bit on calories. Got a new fitbit and working of figuring that out. Had a walk, 37 minutes.

Was OK,, did the dna test.. 6-8 weeks until i get the results. It will be interesting. I've been staying under on calories... not so good at getting my walk in. Weight is going down, slowly.

5/12/19 Mother's day. Breakfast out at Mimosa gourmet. Had way too much. Chicken fried steak with biscuit and gravy,fried potatoes and 2 eggs. Brought over 1/2 home. am on a carb overload coma now. Tomorrow will be a better day.

5/15.. today was early lab apt then off to the base. Breakfast sandwich at BK, then gorged on popcorn for the afternoon. Not doing so well right now.
