Eeck gads, this is how I feel right now!

I've been neglecting legs. Not anymore! No it's time to beast up!!

So far, since March 8th, I've lost 12.5 lbs. I'll take it. I finally got out of the 220's since being there last summer. Life has been super challenging and sometimes you only have so much energy to go around.

I'm in a really great frame of mind and super committed to get to goal weight. These next 3 months I'm super concentrating on making as much progress I can. I'm making this the best summer ever regarding my health and fitness goals.

SMART GOALS for May to July (August 2nd)
 
Long term goal - 145 goal weight, 72 lbs to lose
Clean and press double 45 lb kettlebells for a set of 5 reps
Viking Warrior kettlebell snatch program with 25 lb kettlebell

Short term goal - Lose 33.4 pounds
Double clean and press 25 lb kettlebells for a set of 3 reps 
Snatch the 20 lb kettlebell 

I will reach my goal by August 2nd and weigh 187 lbs and meet my fitness goals.

Nutrition Plan:  
- Eating windows and Intermittent fasting  
- Eating relatively clean and lower carb most of the time 
- Eating to Hunger and Fullness 

Mental, Emotional, Spiritual Plan:
- Mindful Eating with Prayer 
- Read my Christian weight loss devotional books and
- Read and chew on God's word daily
- Prayer and fasting
  
Fitness Plan:  
- Cardio/mobility
- ST and conditioning
- Exercise "snacking" throughout the day

My cardio/mobility is basically MMA/P90X3 and some T25 workouts.

ST is a variety of kettlebell swings, snatches, clean and presses and Body Beast and Master Hammer and Chisel. I've neglected legs except for walking. In the past I've concentrated on walking. While walking is good, it's not getting me the results I want. So I'm no longer concentrating on miles or steps.

I like the ease of using a fitness video right now, as it just makes it easier and I just do what I want and love.   

RELEVANT and DATE  
It is vital for my diabetes that I achieve this goal and I have the time for itl.

Weight goals met:  
INITIAL WEIGH-IN – March 8th 229

May 6th - Starting weight: 216.5 

GOAL: Weigh In – August 2nd - 187

I'm meeting this weight goal no matter and fitness goals no matter what it takes!
