Hump day...

Been back for two weeks and have lost a minimal amount of weight. Weighing, measuring, and tracking everything. Using cups, spoons and scale, and still not losing much. Been in a lot of pain this past couple of weeks though. Wonder if that has anything to do with it. Still going for the goal no matter. Hope you all have a great day!!

    Hard to move forward when the pain is holding you back. Just remember that movement equals better circulation, which helps with the discomfort. emoticon
