A Day of Little Things

Friday, May 10, 2019

Did not get a solid night's sleep due to some snoring that was going on so once the house was quiet I slept for a couple of hours. Didn't plan to sleep the morning away, but I did. Once up and around I ran my errand to Walgreens and then came home and got busy on paid work. Just a few emails to handle and a couple simple plan changes and agreements to prepare. I watched/listened to a couple episodes of Cedar Cove while I worked.

It's now about 3:30 and once finished on SP the plan is to work on the jigsaw puzzle until time to take Ellsworth to the vet. I did get a good start on the puzzle last night and watched/listened to the new Ted Bundy movie with Zac Efron. It was done well and a twist on the story as it was told from the viewpoint of the girlfriend and then the wife. It had been helpful going through the conversations first as it filled in a lot of the gaps from this movie.

Tonight I am making "Carmalized Onion Beef Bowls" for supper. Sounds very simple. No big plans for us other than it's supposed to be family movie night, but as Maegann and Justin are going on a bike ride once she is back from school and Tim will want to work on the house, I think Isaac and I will just hang out. I can always put my headset on and watch something while I work on the puzzle.

I did figure out what to do for my personal bible study time. I found several series on Pureflix and RightNow Media that I can listen to. It's a plan!

I also had to salvage Tim's old office chair from the back porch as the hydraulic on mine is shot and won't stay in a location other than the lowest it go. Makes it hard to reach the keyboard! LOL

I updated my continuing education renewal document and once I take the Support Broker training next week (this time it is in the evening and only for 3 hours instead of 5) I am .5 hours over the required amount! Yippee!

Tomorrow: meal plan, cleaning the bathroom, doing laundry and then whatever comes!
