Three Hundred Sixty Five...an entire year...wow. I did it. I recorded everything I've eaten for an entire year. I may have missed a couple of days logging in to the site for various reasons (including lacking internet) ending that streak at day 275 but I missed ZERO days logging food. Even if I couldn't log in I wrote it on paper and logged it as soon as I got back online.
In the last 365 days I have gone off insulin, eliminated my beta blocker, cut my Januvia by half...OH, and lost 17 (official) pounds [26 unofficially]. I have become a person who is no longer sedentary. I have become someone who sets goals and persists in meeting them. I like who I am becoming and where this journey is taking me. Here's to the next 365. #OnwardtoONEderland.
