Miracle Morning 30 Day Challenge

Thursday, May 30, 2019

My coaching task for today was to figure out a way to talk back to my excuses so that the next time they came up I would have a script to use. One of the biggest things of late I have been resisting is trying the 30 Day Miracle Morning Challenge. I have always said "I am not a morning person" and "I hate mornings" and "If God intended for me to see the sun rise he would have put it at noon"...so this is a big deal for me. I really think that the only way to get a consistent exercise habit is to start working out in the mornings and one of the S.A.V.E.R.S. in the MM program is Exercise...along with Silence, Affirmations, Visualization, Reading and Scribing (journaling/writing) so I am going to give it a solid effort and see how things go. This is me committing to start this on June 1st. Yes I'm going to start getting up at 6 in the doggone morning on a Saturday. No excuses.

I need to see if there's a Miracle Morning team here as well. Accountability is a thing.

I am dealing with some DOMS from having done too many Sumo Squats yesterday at work while waiting for a cleaning cycle to be done but I think that habit is also something I need to continue.

These are my random ramblings for today.
