Miracle Morning Day 2

Spent a lot of time today getting everything set up for the weekday version of this challenge. I'm getting everything together to get up and hit the gym at 7 tomorrow. I'm hopeful that going to the gym that early will enable me to actually form a consistent exercise habit. I've tried lunch time, I've tried after work, I've tried at home in the evening and thus far none of those have been a great fit. I'm determined to find something that will work.

My affirmations for this month are:

I respect my body and treat it with respect.
I accept and love my body just as it is and work to make it better.
I enjoy the process of reaching a healthy weight.
I am getting stronger and healthier every day.
