Miracle Morning Day 3

Awake at 6:15 at the gym by 7:15. Home, showered, blogging and then I'll be leaving for work. Should get there by 10:30 at the latest. I think this could work. Thank God for being a contractor with a flexible schedule.

There are 6 components to the Miracle Morning. Hal calls these the "Life SAVERS" and they dovetail really neatly with the program here at SparkPeople. Putting them into a context that somehow resonates with my brain better or more clearly than they have in the past. Which may be an issue of when the student is ready the teacher will come. So since both Sparkpeople and MM are big proponents of Affirmations here are mine for June:

I respect my body and treat it with respect.
I accept and love my body as it is and work to make it better.
I enjoy the process of reaching a healthy weight.
I am getting stronger and healthier every day
I clear away emotional and physical clutter to make room for success.
I utilize my time to maximize my success.
I am a woman who effortlessly gets things done.
It is safe for me to be a woman of success.
