May Review and June Goals

My first goal for May was to exercise at least 10 minutes every day. I didn’t totally meet that goal, but I did exercise 27 days of the month, so I’m happy with that. My second goal was to do strength training three times a week, and my third goal was to do yoga two times a week. I did not come close to meeting those two goals.

For June my first goal is again to exercise at least ten minutes a day. I want to build consistency with this.

My second goal is to do cardio five times a week, strength training three times a week, and yoga three times a week. I made up a fitness calendar and scheduled the days I’m going to do each type of exercise. Hopefully this calendar will help me accomplish this goal.

My third goal for this month is to take a walk at a local park I’ve never been to before. There are several parks in my town and the neighboring town that I’ve never visited, so I want to exercise and explore a new one.

Finally, my fourth goal for June is to drink more water. I hadn’t been drinking much, and I just recently started working on drinking more.
