Weigh-in today? 211, bye-bye 6 pounds in one day!
It's sort of silly in a way, because by next Monday I'll be right back up around 217. But it's a sort of re-set, a way of clearing the decks and prepping for another week.
Best of all: it's a predictable method of maintaining for me. Along, of course with keeping sugar and processed carbs out of my life and sticking with vegetarian food choices. No portion control or calorie counting required!
