Are you trying to change too much at once?
Try going back to the beginning, SparkPeople starts with a fast break where you pick one thing to do for 2 weeks, it can help you get a win under your belt that can put on the track to managing your goals. Start small and work your way up one habit at a time, it's much better than trying to many changes and failing them all.

It helps to visualize the day the way that you want. Old habits are very hard to change so don't expect perfection. The fridge and larder is free of stuff that I would binge on. I hate eating out because there are so many bad decisions and hard sells. Documenting truthfully helps me understand me. Photographing a successful meal or something on the walk helps too. 671 days ago

I'm sorry-that sucks and gets discouraging fast. Are there any wins? For example I ate sugar today, but after I ate healthy all day. Before I would have eaten that 7 layer bar (& choose the biggest piece) at 9am & not eat healthy the rest of the day. 671 days ago
