I had to quit 2 weight loss challenges this week.
In my mind they were keeping me going out of pressure to preform.
But in truth,
I was living my life and using posting days to catch up.
No wonder there was improvement.

For me... I lost the weight when I set my goals and stuck to them even without marking the down

For me-- it is time to go back to just doing the basics without notice.Notice on charts may bring accolades from members but the notes are easy to fake.

    Good insight on your part, I too have found myself very busy with work (due to co-works on vacation) and outdoor chores (summertime brings yardwork) which has left me tired both mentally and physically. It is hard to get everything done and done well if you spread yourself too thin so do what works for you.

    I understand. Lately we have had so many things happen that if I don’t get online early I hav to hurry through the Sparkpeople things. I need to drop a couple things too.

    We just have too much happening right now.

    Discovering what works and doesn't is a huge part of the process. In my opinion challenges should be fun way to stay motivated and connected to like minded people, not a chore or pressure to perform. Good luck with your new path.
