A Positive Blog

I have spent so much time focusing on the negative. Yesterday was a bunch of positive.
I lost another pound. That's 3 lbs since I started doing one on one coaching with my weight loss coach from Real Appeal. I started this 2 weeks ago. Talking to her was awesome and it really helped. I am back on the treadmill again and back to my 10,000 steps a days. I feel good.
Then...
Yesterday afternoon my daughter sent me this picture:
She said, Can we have him? I thought it was a joke since she is a vet tech and gets all these cute animals in there. So, I said sure. It turns out, it was true. The clinic was just looking for a good home for him. Someone dumped a cat outside of the vet's home. Then, the cat had kittens. He was one of the kittens and my daughter had been working with him for 3 weeks. He's about 10 weeks old. My cat, Fonzie, was diagnosed with Kidney Disease about a month ago. We’ve been so worried about Roxie, our girl cat , and what she would do without Fonzie.

I thought it was a sign. He came home. I was very proud of all my other animals. They have been great with him. A few scrimmages, but quiet overall. I think he was meant to be with us.
