A Bit of Setback...But Now on Track!

When I look back at these pictures from Sept. 16. 2017, I feel sick. Yes, it was my wedding day and I was happy to marry my best friend. But even though I was told by many how beautiful I looked, I couldn't picture it.
Especially Dana (hubby) and I dancing the first dance. We were dancing to "You and Me" by Alice Cooper. Beautiful song that is actually us. He's the Cooper fan. But I love this song.
I had months to try to lose and I didn't/should've/could've. Life gets so busy! Actually, the roles were reversed. I was the more laid back, everything is paced bride. He's Groomzilla! lol
Since then, I have been on such a yo-yo on the scale without trying!
In 2010, I hit my highest at 234 lb. on this 5'2" frame. I managed to get down to 184 when hubby and I hooked up. His love of take-out, working two jobs, lack of sleep, etc. took its toll and I was back up to 220 without even trying after just a few months! Managed to get back down to 188 but yes, scales decided that wasn't going to happen and back between 205 and 213 for the last year or so. 215.4 a week ago. A lot of that was water with the humidity of summer. But still discouraging.
This morning, I am at 209.6! A definite start over again! I texted my stepdaughter who has lost over 40 lb on keto. She texted back how happy she was for me. Daughter also has weight issue but not worried about it.
I realize I am on my own here for this. Daughter is 45 min. away. Hubby not interested in trying to take better care of himself. He was a year ago when his cholesterol was through the roof. He got it down quite a bit but that's the end of it. At least he makes sure he gets enough sleep now instead of just a few hours.
We are planning a trip to Disney in Sept. I want to be in much better shape than I am now. And not be as ashamed as my wedding, honeymoon in Cuba, and Dominican vacation pictures from last year.
