Here is what I have learned in the last 30 days. Affirmations work. Having a morning routine is beyond helpful even when you're "not a morning person". I am stronger than I thought and capable of more than I imagine. Podcasts are miraculous for helping me focus when I am at work. I like to sweat! (Who would EVER imagined that!)
Routines even followed imperfectly help create consistency.
Perfection is the enemy of progress.
